House AVIVA has everything you need to make your vacation simply wonderful and unforgettable.
Your holiday home is a thatched-roof house situated on a south-facing plot. It is equipped with all the amenities you would expect in a holiday home on the Baltic Sea, even if the weather isn't at its best.
You'll find a sauna, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living area with a comfortable seating area where everyone can relax. A fireplace, a large television, and a spacious dining table are also provided.
Underfloor heating and roller shutters on all windows ensure a comfortable climate in the house. You'll also find pleated blinds for added privacy and insect screens on selected windows. The free Wi-Fi allows you to check your email, watch videos, or make unlimited phone calls – something that isn't always possible in the Salzhaff area.
The large, south-facing terrace is furnished with a table and chairs for six people, a beach chair, and two deck chairs.
It offers a breathtaking view of the nature reserve and lets you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
You'll also find various outdoor games, such as Spikeball, cornhole, and Swedish chess.
There are two parking spaces directly at the house.
Your bicycles can be securely stored in the lockable bicycle/equipment shed.

Dogs are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday home.
Barbecuing with a charcoal grill, open fires, and the use of fireworks (including New Year's Eve fireworks) are strictly prohibited.
