House "Lütt Lenneke" is located in the thatched-roof holiday village "Haffdroom" directly on the Salzhaff lagoon between Wismar and Rerik, next to a bird sanctuary and only 900 meters from the natural beach. The shallow water is particularly suitable for small children and beginners in water sports. Cycling and hiking trails, as well as destinations such as Kühlungsborn, Heiligendamm, Rerik, Poel, Wismar, Rostock, and Bad Doberan, are easily accessible; the Baltic Sea Cycle Route runs right past the house.
Nearby are Ostseecamping Am Salzhaff and San Pepelone, which offers a kite and windsurfing school, shop, beach bar, and the Seaside restaurant. The 108 m² house accommodates 4–6 people on two floors, each with a bedroom, bathroom, and living area. Upstairs, there are two additional sleeping spaces in the open gallery. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan dining area, a three-sided fireplace, underfloor heating, and a 28 m² terrace with a beach chair and garden furniture. Table tennis, darts, stand-up paddleboarding, longboarding, garden games, and board games provide entertainment. Dogs, smoking, charcoal grills, open fires, fireworks, and overnight stays by construction workers are not permitted.
