Built in 2009 in the typical style of Rügen and in keeping with the landscape, this holiday home offers space for up to 8 people. Ideal for a family holiday with children or with friends.
The 140 square meters are divided into 4 rooms over 3 floors: On the ground floor, there is a spacious living and dining room with a comfortable seating area and wood-burning stove, satellite TV, radio/CD and DVD player. Large French windows provide plenty of natural light and also offer access to the large terrace.
The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, and a separate dining area with a large table for up to 8 people. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and an additional sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with shower/toilet and a bathtub.
A separate room houses the sauna, which is suitable for approximately 4 people. On the top floor there is a third bedroom with three single beds.
A travel cot and highchair can be provided upon request; a washing machine is also available.
