The holiday home is available for weekly rentals (mostly during school holidays) as well as weekend stays, but is not suitable for events involving excessive noise.
The holiday home is situated on a 25,000 sq m property, of which approximately 600 sq m are designated for guest use. The remainder consists of woods and meadows.
The ground floor features a 75 sq m living room with a dining table, country-style kitchen, kitchen island, ice maker, sofa area, two 42" TVs, PlayStation, Wii, and a sound system with Bluetooth. There is a bathroom and a guest toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and four bedrooms. A shower is located in the barbecue area. The holiday home is accessible at ground level. Five parking spaces are available. Good mobile phone reception is ensured due to the elevated location.
