Description
This holiday home with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna is located in a unique dune area close to Saltum Beach, one of Denmark's best beaches. From several places in the house as well as part of the terraces there are views to the sea. The cottage has a beautiful pool area, whirlpool and sauna. In the pool you will find i.a. swimming coach so that fitness can be maintained. Close to the house is also beautiful natural surroundings with, among other things, forest and dunes. The house is modernly furnished and contains a large sunken living room and kitchen / living room, both of which overlook the pool area and the sea. In the living room there is a wood burning stove, which provides a good heat in most of the house. There are two large lofts, one of which has toys and PlayStation 3. The house has internet at a speed of 1000/1000. In both of the house's bathrooms there is underfloor heating. The cottage has two heat pumps, so the heating is easy and comfortable all year round. In addition to the swing and sandbox, there are large terraces all around the house. Among other things, enjoy a fantastic view from the large terrace that is raised in level in relation to the rest of the house and outside areas. With this large selection of terraces, it is always possible to find both sun or shade. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Great facilities, large swimming pool, plot in the middle of the dunes and sea views from the terrace!
Unfortunately, the house and especially the pool room were not very clean. The cleaning was done the next day by Dancenter. We were told that the owners usually clean the house themselves. Some of the facilities could not be used - wobbly chairs, broken blinds, missing or broken safety guards on the two upper bunk beds, the only ladder for the bunk beds was broken. In addition, the owners' considerable alcohol supplies were freely accessible in the living area. The owners' belongings were stored in most of the wardrobes. / / The outdoor area and the above-average equipment in the kitchen are extremely positive.
