In about 300 meters, you're at the beach without having to cross a main road.
Your holiday home is located at the end of a private road and has two parking spaces, a terrace, a garden, and a bicycle shed.
Approximately 150 square meters of living space are generously spread over three floors with three bedrooms (sleeps six), two bathrooms, and underfloor heating!
The terrace with a fireplace grill is directly adjacent to the kitchen – that's a plus!
