Arrive and feel at home… This two-room apartment, approximately 47 square meters in size, offers a living area with a dining space and a high-quality fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a storage room, and a covered terrace. It can accommodate up to three people. The living room features a comfortable sofa that easily converts into a bed with a one-piece cold foam mattress (1.40 m x 2.00 m) in seconds. An LCD flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system provide ample TV and radio entertainment. The high-quality, country-style fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
The bedroom offers a double bed (with two single mattresses) and a three-door wardrobe. A second TV is also available. The bathroom with shower and toilet features underfloor heating and a towel warmer. There is storage space under the sink, and a hairdryer is also provided. A separate storage room offers plenty of room for your suitcases and other belongings.

The outdoor parking space has no height restrictions, so you can park even taller vehicles without any problems. The six buildings of the apartment complex are surrounded by a natural garden area.
Use of the sauna in the garden pavilion is free of charge. A communal laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers is located in the basement. You can store your bicycles in the bicycle storage room in the underground garage. The apartment has its own entrance, just steps from your outdoor parking space. As this is a non-smoking apartment, smoking is only permitted on the terrace. Out of consideration for other guests, pets are not allowed.
