The third bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed with a sea view. On the ground floor, there is a communal WC and an ensuite bathroom, and on the upper floor, 2 ensuite bathrooms. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. Entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with a 42’’ Satellite LED TV. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. Outdoor facilities Is there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than lying by the pool and having your tanning session? Cleaning Service For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days. We would like to inform you that we offer a daily maid service except on weekends. If you want to have a daily change of linens and towels, we could provide it (upon request) at an extra cost.
