A refined and spacious villa, this 298 m² holiday home in L’Escala offers four bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Ideal for larger families or groups, the villa features a private swimming pool, a fenced garden with outdoor furniture, and multiple terraces including a balcony. Guests will appreciate amenities such as air conditioning, a gas boiler for heating, fireplace, washing machine, dryer, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. Open-air parking within the property ensures added ease.
Situated in a peaceful neighborhood of L’Escala, the villa provides quick access to the area’s renowned sandy beaches, the historic ruins of Empúries, and a variety of outdoor activities. From cycling through pine forests to exploring the lively town center with its shops and restaurants, the location offers both tranquility and convenience. Its setting between nature and coastline makes it an excellent base for a relaxing or active holiday.
The villa’s independent kitchen is designed for full self-catering, equipped with a gas cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Guests will also find dishes, cooking utensils, a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and juicer—perfect for preparing anything from breakfast to a full family dinner. Please note: bed linen and towels are not included by default and can be brought or rented at the time of booking.

De slaapkamers waren ruim en comfortabel, Elke kamer had voldoende opbergruimte voor onze spullen, wat ons verblijf aangenamer maakte,
