This cottage is close to the Midi Canal and the city of Carcassonne (both known for their heritage attractions. For having fresh croissants, you can go to the nearby bakeries and restaurants for the French cuisine.
The shared swimming pool has 3 parts,made for children and adults. You can have a peaceful family time alongside the barbecue on the terrace. Children are given preference here and are provided with children's bed and high chair. The living room is just so comfortable and spacious with a fireplace.

A very nice house on a wine estate with swimming pool. Nice villages and a little further away towns and beaches, easy to drive. Friendly owners who produce wine themselves. Delicious lunch and dinner on the coast. It was a very nice week.

Good base for excursions, comfortable house, nice pool
It's a super house, with a welcoming welcome. The location is great you look out over the vineyards, where you can walk, walk and cycle from the house, and wine tasting within walking distance. In the surrounding area there is a lot to do, beautiful places, ancient history, including the Katars. Recommendation is not only Carcasson (when you go early and order online via the internet), you can also visit Abdij Fontfroide where you have a history in Dutch with a tablet. At 3 km (Escalles) is a small supermarket with fresh bread and fresh fish on friday.The house itself is very beautiful, with taste and attention decorated beautiful old furniture. And it's very clean, and cool through the thick stone walls and the shutters for the windows. Outside is a terrace (with privacy, you do not see the neighbors) overlooking the pool and the vineyards. The pool is cleaned every morning. A very nice halfway through the owner came with delicious tomatoes from their own garden and a bottle of wine from the house!
