Nestled in the serene pine-covered surroundings of Empúries, this stylish and tranquil retreat is just 150 meters from the beach and a short stroll from the famed Empúries Ruins. Designed to comfortably host up to eight guests, the villa features four bedrooms, including two with double beds and one with two sets of bunk beds—ideal for families or groups. Set across a single floor with access to an upper terrace, the home boasts a chill-out area with sea views, as well as a spacious garden and covered terrace equipped with a built-in barbecue and outdoor dining area.
Perfect for those seeking both comfort and nature, the 122 m² villa is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and provides ample space to unwind. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, and all necessary utensils for home-cooked meals. The bright living area opens onto a porch, making it a great spot for relaxed evening gatherings. Although there is no television, the property includes Wi-Fi to keep guests connected while encouraging a true disconnect from the everyday.
Additional conveniences include private parking on the same plot for up to three cars, two full bathrooms with showers, and two separate toilets.
