As a winter sports enthusiast, you have plenty of choice here! The Mauterndorf ski area Grosseck-Speiereck is nearby. It is child-friendly, but with 50 kilometres of slopes it also offers enough and has not yet been discovered by mass tourism! The longest run is the A1 with a length of 5.6 kilometres and a difference in altitude of 1,100 metres. Within 20 minutes by car, you can reach the lifts of Obertauern, recently declared Austria's snowiest and snow sure area.

With a wide range of leisure activities such as skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing or walks in the snow in winter or hiking, mountain biking, golfing and much more in summer, Mariapfarr has a lot to offer for young and old!
