In the very spacious living room, there is an open fireplace, with firewood provided by the landlord. Both the ground floor and the first floor have a large bathroom; on the upper floor, you will find an infrared sauna in the bathroom. The landlord also provides a washing machine and a dryer, and there is enough space in the basement to store skis after a day on the slopes in winter.
In winter, the region around Kleblach-Lind offers ideal conditions for quiet days in the mountains. Several ski resorts in the area are easily accessible, including Zettersfeld near Lienz (approximately 25-30 minutes), Hochstein (approximately 30-40 minutes), as well as the Sillian ski center in Hochpustertal (approximately 45-60 minutes) and the Großglockner Resort Kals-Matrei (approximately 60-75 minutes). The snowy landscape also invites winter hiking and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle. The nearby Weißensee is a winter highlight with one of the largest natural ice surfaces in Europe.
