Can Alou is in a wonderfully quiet location just outside the typical Mallorcan village of S'Horta. Enjoy the summer sun without the noise of the streets and relax to the sound of birdsong and the tinkling of sheep bells amidst the almond trees. The fantastic 8 x 4 metre pool (brick steps, depth 0.90 m min., 1.90 max.) with sun loungers is surrounded by a well-tended garden. Enjoy the summer sun and let your mind wander. The covered, furnished terrace area is perfect for cosy outdoor dining - and of course there is a barbecue too! Can Alou has been renovated piece by piece in recent years and brought up to the latest standards. From the entrance area you enter the cosy living area with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and DVD. Immediately adjacent is the open-plan, well-equipped country kitchen with dining table and fireplace. The two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with two single beds - share a full bathroom and are equipped with air conditioning. The finca is tastefully furnished in Mallorcan style and the original natural stone walls give the house a rustic, cosy atmosphere. The well-known holiday resort of Cala D'Or (approx. 4 km) is ideal for a shopping spree in the numerous shops, restaurants and cafés. The sophisticated marina is also worth a visit. Visit one of the weekly markets in Santanyi (mi,sa) or Felanitx (so), where there is a colourful hustle and bustle and you can buy regional products. Air conditioning in the bedrooms with limited use from 22:00 h - 09:00 h. The price includes bed linen, towels for use in the house, tea towels, final cleaning and all additional costs (electricity, water, gas). A first high chair and a first cot (60 x 120 cm) can be provided free of charge.
