You are received very kindly. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Decorated in a typical German style. The bed is good, but the layout of the living room is not logical. You have to turn sturdy chairs around to watch TV. The location is next to a busy road and also a church that rings its bell every quarter hour. At night, it rings every hour. A car or electric bike is needed to go anywhere.

Beautiful spacious apartment with a nice large balcony. A point of improvement would be a shower rod for the shower head.

This place is low-key amazing, Super clean, comfy beds, and the garden is great for hangouts, Also, the location is lit for exploring nearby spots like Mainau Island, Definitely a go-to for a fam trip!

The house is located on a terribly busy road, so a lot of traffic noise and near a church. The church did change, but the window had to be closed at night. Also the neighbors (the owners) were talking loudly on the balcony. All in all a noisy holiday.

Everything went great. The apartment is large and cozy. The reception was very nice.

We were received by the friendly owner. We were a little earlier than agreed, but that was no problem. It was a beautiful house, very clean and everything was there. For us it was a surprise that a dishwasher was present, that was not in the description. The covered large balcony was lovely. View of the mountains and the storks that arrived every evening. The wifi was fine, the owner registers you for that. The beds are great. We have not been bothered by the church, it is a matter of getting used to. We thought it was fun. The house is indeed on a main road, but that gave little inconvenience. Lake Constance is 10 minutes away by car.

Conoscevo il posto perchè lo frequento da qualche anno abitualmente. L'appartamento è molto accogliente, le persone cortesi. E' stata aggiunta una lavastoviglie rispetto agli anni precedenti.

Reception is nicest. Friendly host and hostess. Accommodation is very good. The area around the accommodation was disappointing. Rural location is an incorrect representation of reality. Accommodation is located at a busy intersection. A lot of traffic. The village church is next to the accommodation. The church bell is ringing every hour, a very long heart. We could not get used to this. in the morning at 6 o'clock the church bell awakened extensively!

The accomodation was very good. Everything present. The area is rural. That explains the passing of the agricultural machinery. And the church's church clock is also true. Advice to shut up windows, then you do not hear it so much in the eve and early morning. Zoiets belongs to the Betuwe of Germany.

There was not counted on us - although already reserved early March and has been paid. After a half hour wait, the apartment was in order and we could go inside. The house was wrapped in scaffolding when the "morning till" was the evening later sanded and painted, so zero view. The beds were horrible. Definitely not Belvilla.
