Golf course is at 12 km and horse riding at 4 km. Restaurants, supermarket, and town center lie 6 km away.
You can relax in the living room watching TV. Central heating is great for the cold evenings. High chair is provided for the comfort of the kids. 3 pets are allowed at $ 3 per pet per night. You can park on the premises.

Tears flowed as we said goodbye, our grandchildren really enjoyed every moment of our stay, especially the intensive interaction with animals was a wonderful experience for them both. A very clean place to stay, very comfortable beds. The landlord is very personable and very helpful. We felt very comfortable there.
The environment is beautiful - in the middle of the green. The courtyard is nicely decorated, the children (8 and 5 years) were greeted with the words: "You don't have to ask anything, you can do everything." In fact, you can safely let them run around outside since the courtyard is at the end of a small village with no traffic. There is a small playground directly opposite, otherwise a few bobby cars and sand toys in the yard. In addition, of course, the animals: free-range chickens, rabbits and pigs in the stable and ponies in the pasture. These are small ponies that children up to max. Carry 30 kilos - it was just like that for our eight year olds. Everything is allowed to be great, but it also means everything "must": The ponies are at your disposal, but you have to fetch, clean, saddle and guide them yourself. Nice in itself, but quickly frustrating for the inexperienced, because the good-natured, but motionless ponies brave themselves against walks with full physical exertion. Only those who dare to assert themselves energetically (!) Can make it into the forest, where the ponies actually run voluntarily. Since there were only two ponies for the holiday children present (in our case approx. 6-8), these two animals naturally had little desire ... The children liked it anyway. For rainy days there is a 15-minute drive away inexpensive outdoor and indoor pool.
We were well received. The accommodation was very clean. The location was beautiful and there was a lot to do in the area.
Great for small children
The Ferienbauernhof is located in Hüddingen, a small village with about 70 inhabitants. Accordingly, it is very quiet there. The nearest shops (supermarket) are a few kilometers away. Already on arrival we were thrilled by the farm the outside areas around the holiday apartments are lovingly designed and very well maintained. For children there are various possibilities for playing (sand pit area, large swings, football goal, scooter, tricycle ...). Directly beside the site is also a playground. In addition, the children have whenever they want the opportunity to deal with the animals. At the time of our holiday there were 1 larger pony, several mini ponies, 2 rabbits, some cats, chickens, 2 pigs. The larger pony can be taken out of the shed and ridden whenever you want and when you can get the bridle. If you are not so well know, the farmer helps with this. Our children are ridden daily. In addition, they are roaming around the premises all day long. Since there are several apartments, we quickly got in contact with other children. Between the apartments and the pony stall is only a mini road, on which drove only about 2x a tractor every day, so that we could let the children play outside alone. The farmer always showed up again and took the children to feed with rabbits, feed chickens (and catch chickens chickens), stamping eggs, picking up wood for a camp fire, mowing the stables ... Our children were thrilled! The Bauer was really really nice and also very dedicated, if any problems appeared. In our apartment (No. 3) we felt comfortable overall, but you have to say that it is rather simply equipped. We missed some things there (water cookers, reading lamps, shelves). All in all, we spent a holiday at the Ferienbauernhof but a family dream vacation
Very nice location, lots to do for the children. Pleasant owner. Beautiful surroundings. Just a house.
