Directly in front of the house is an approx. 1000m² unfenced green area/park for your exclusive use.
The nearest Baltic Sea beach is 49 km away in Warnemünde, 50 km in Markgrafenheide and 54 km in Graal Müritz. There are several bathing lakes in the neighbourhood. In Tessin there is an indoor swimming pool, sauna, wellness centre, children's adventure world (indoor playground) and a golf course. A farm is located near the holiday flat.

The house was in top condition we only had two suggestions. Fly screens on the windows and a better outdoor seating would be nice.
The accommodation is to be expected in a quiet, rural area. The accommodation itself is kept in top condition. No matter what visitors want to do, everything is within easy driving distance. Ideal for families with children.
Low-key stunning spot! Clean, comfy, and all the amenities needed for a chill getaway, AC in every room is a must, especially in the heat, Plus, the garden is pretty lit for BBQs, 10/10 would recommend
Ideaal voor een familievakantie! De villa was schoon en ruim, en we vonden gemakkelijk onze weg naar nabijgelegen attracties zoals het pretpark en waterpark. De kinderen hadden plezier!
