Do you appreciate the advantages of having your own house (no other guests in the house), direct proximity to a lake, the excellent air quality of a climatic health resort at a healthy altitude (approx. 300 metres above sea level), an expansive view from the terrace and numerous leisure activities nearby and in the region? Then you have come to the right place
The cosy and brightly furnished holiday home is located in the health resort Langscheid in the nature park Homert. The terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the wooded shores of Lake Sorpe and the hilly landscape. Sunbathing is possible in the small garden.
The lake is just a few minutes' walk via the newly designed lake promenade with water fountains, benches, (ice cream) cafes and restaurants. Stay for a while and experience the maritime flair. Take a boat cruise or get some exercise on a pedal boat. Sail, surf, dive and go swimming at the lido (or indoor pool with sauna).
In the spa park, the “ParKur” offers a diverse outdoor sports programme consisting of 44 stations that test your strength, skill and endurance.
Nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts can take advantage of the extensive net of circular trails and walking paths. However, excursions into the region are also possible: for example, the cities of Arnsberg, Soest, Werl, Altena or Fort Fun Abenteuerland, Karl May Festival Elspe, Attendorn stalactite cave, Vosswinkel wild forest, Oelinghausen monastery.
The house is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (in a separate bedroom with one bunk bed, which is not suitable for adults).
Parties or events are not permitted in this holiday home due to it being located in a spa area.

Wat een heerlijk klein vakantiehuis! We voelden ons hier zo thuis, Het interieur was charmant en zeer comfortabel, De kinderen hielden van hun stapelbedden, en wij waardeerden de ruime woonkamer voor familietijd, Bovendien was de barbecue op het terras een succes! Slechts een korte wandeling naar het meer, wat perfect was voor onze watersportplannen, We zullen zeker terugkomen!

Un séjour agréable ! La maison offrait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, des espaces de vie spacieux à une cuisine confortable, Le chauffage était un vrai plus lors des nuits plus fraîches, et nous avons apprécié le Wi-Fi rapide pour rester connectés, Nous avons profité de l'espace extérieur et passé nos soirées à admirer la vue avec un verre de vin, Les attractions à proximité, comme le parc d'aventure Fort Fun, nous ont divertis, Je recommande vivement à quiconque cherchant à explorer la région !
Cocon douillet ! L'espace de vie est lumineux et la cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un dîner tranquille, De plus, les sentiers de randonnée ne sont qu'à quelques pas
