Exit to the balcony. 1 room 11 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. Electric heating, air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Small balcony 5 m2, south facing position, terrace 20 m2 partly roofed, patio, lawn 150 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable).
