This region is a true paradise for nature lovers. There is a lake at 200 m and the forests start at 400 m. Hikers, as well as cyclists, will find that the diverse landscape has quite a bit to offer. Winter sports lovers can head to the Willingen ski area straight away and enjoy skiing or snowboarding. Restaurants serving excellent food are nearby, within walking distance. Grocery stores are present at 400 m while the lively town center is 8 km away.
The ground-floor apartment has an indoor heating facility. You're welcome to enjoy relaxing the private garden with outdoor furniture, sunbathing lawn, and grassy play area. If you wish to read, you can pull the deckchairs under the shady trees and go ahead. Parking is available.

The welcome was very friendly, even though we actually arrived much too late. The cottage itself was dated, but 'fine' and very clean. It really does need a major overhaul. We did some small things ourselves, such as tightening the door handles. The kitchen was really very small and special. We were able to save ourselves, but was not very handy. What was very nice were the shutters on the windows, you kept it nice and cool. The sound of the TV was murky, and without WiFi and a poor network coverage, we were pretty cut off from the outside world. The cottage for 4 people is also really on the small side. We were a family with 2 large teenagers, my youngest slept on the couch. It consists of a double bed, a (somewhat rickety) bunk bed and a folding bed. However, I have no idea where to put it. There really isn't room for this. But despite all this we had a great holiday. Recommended for people who don't like luxury.
Arrival was good. Still beautiful surroundings. Accommodation is in a quiet location. Large living room. A large bedroom and nice bathroom. Other sleeping arrangements a bit tricky.
We are here already for the third time. Kitchen is small but you have to take that in view of the price that has to be paid. Floor in the hall towards the outside door slides through the walk back and forth and can then give problems with the outer door close.Omgeving (diemelsee) is beautiful and especially if the weather is good, you can sail a boat and eat / drink at reasonable prices. Beautiful surroundings.
The cottage was not clean on arrival, many cobwebs. We first had to clean the kitchen ourselves before we could use it. The kitchen is in any case impossible small. You can only enter one person at a time. The extractor only does it when the kitchen light is on, we had to find out for ourselves. The bathroom door can not close. The first thing that stood out was a dirty toilet brush. The shower head can not be hung. The water is always alternating or very cold or very hot. My daughter has suffered a lot of pain. There is a room with a double bed and a room with a bunk bed where there is also a folding bed. The mattress on that folding bed is terrible. The feathers come straight through. We only found out after my daughter had slept there for several nights. The defense when we reported this afterwards was that she had said that we could make a bed from the couch and that the folding bed is not for use ..... Nothing said and put down a folding bed when it is not usable, is a bit strange. The heating works with a battery, so he goes "in the evening, it gets very hot at night and then there is a very stuffy, heavy air in the house all night. In the "sunbathing area" are mouse traps, not useful if you come with your dog or children. In addition, that also does not invite to the opening of the windows to air, anyway there are many flyflies inside. Finally, the turnstile of the balcony door is broken, the bandwinders almost fall off the wall if you want to let the shutters go down and the closet in the room with the bunk bed of misery also fell apart. In short, I really can not recommend the house. The area on the other hand is beautiful for walking. Especially with dogs that is wonderful. I can definitely recommend the environment. The house is NOT.
Everything was alright but what had wicked bugs not normal
Setting is lovely. Friendly welcome. A larger TV and also if possible Dutch TV channels. What more drinking glasses.
