Holiday home on the outskirts of Kröpelin in a quiet location with plenty of space for the whole family. This modern and stylishly furnished holiday home offers 160 m² of living space spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bright, spacious, and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and all necessary utensils. On the upper floor, you will find four bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a living room with TV and a comfortable seating area. There are two bathrooms, each with shower and toilet. An additional guest toilet is located on the ground floor. This holiday home also features a large, fenced garden. The property is well maintained, and guests have the opportunity to enjoy the sun on various terraces. The tranquil garden allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet and truly unwind. For children, there is a sandpit and a slide as well as plenty of space to run around or play football. Those arriving with their own car can park it on the property. Free parking spaces are available here.
Conveniently located, the Hanseatic city of Rostock, the seaside resort of Warnemünde, the resort town Bad Doberan, and the Hanseatic city of Wismar as well as the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn, Heiligendamm, and Rerik are only about 10 to 15 km away. Also easy to reach by bike. There is a large selection of supermarkets and petrol stations in the town. Sights in the town include the famous submersible mill and an East German rock museum. Take a trip to Denmark from Rostock with the Scandlines ferries.

The house is set up ok, a large Swedish furniture store helped. The bedrooms are big enough. Unfortunately, the couch in the living room is a bit too small. Three to four people can comfortably rest on it after a nice day at sea. The garden offers a lot of possibilities, play equipment such as badminton or darts are available. In theory, this house could be used by more than four people. Unfortunately not practical. The beds cannot be pushed apart. There are also exactly four coffee mugs and four small glasses. And since we're in the spacious kitchen. It is well equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and mixer. But please bring your coffee filter (size 4) and a bread slicing knife. Oh, and please bring your earplugs. The apartment is not badly soundproofed but unfortunately there were retrievers attached to every door. If you don't hold the door very tight, it slams into the frame and wakes the whole house. Alternatively, one could also sleep with an open bedroom and leave the bathroom doors open. In any case, there is no fire protection ordinance in which it says that returnees must be attached, but this is described as a reason with a note on each door. But the most important thing, please book enough data volume on your mobile phone. There is NO WiFi. If you want to watch a film, then you have to rely on television (no DMAX and no Tele5). Even if you don't need WiFi on vacation like I do for business and private purposes, WiFi in a holiday apartment is an absolute MUST! What you should also take with you is enough laundry as there is unfortunately no washing machine. The nearest shops, such as Penny, Lidl, Netto and a drinks dealer are very close. The closest beach is Kühlungsborn and is 9 km away, Rerik 16 km. Parking near the beach, if you like us a little rubber boat
Het vakantiehuis voldeed perfect aan onze behoeften. Ruime kamers en een fijne keuken. Het binnenzwembad was een leuke verrassing, vooral voor de kinderen. Een geweldige uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen!
