Description
This is a quaint 2-bedroom cottage in Saint-Eutrope-de-Born. It has a swimming pool and offers a view of the surrounding fields. It is ideal for families.
The cottage is 30 minutes south of Bergerac. Larger towns, such as Montflanquin and Villeréal are just 10 km away and offer lovely restaurants, cafes and shops. Every day there is a market with regional products or antiques in one of the medieval towns such as Cancon, Monpazier, Monflanquin, Villeréal or Issigeac. Bordeaux and Sarlat are also worth a visit. There's a supermarket 500m away, a tennis court 1km away, and a restaurant 10km from the home.
The home has a trampoline, sand pit, table tennis table, a garden with furniture and a terrace with barbecue. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair. It offers bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels.
Bergerac Dordogne Périgord Airport is 36 km away.

Beautiful, truly French gite, with stunning views. Swimming pool in front of the door and kindly received by the owner. Beautiful surroundings and visited many villages. The table tennis table that would be there is blown to pieces. As a fan of this sport, I think it's a shame. It is also good to know that this gite is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Narrow open staircase to the upper floor and many steps and steps in the house. We are 2 people, but the house still has an enclosed area where there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. We have 2 bedrooms at our disposal on the 1st floor, as well as a bathroom on the ground floor. It is not really convenient for very tall people to move through the house, because of the low doorways everywhere. So always bend over. Furthermore, it is wonderfully quiet in the garden and with the owners next to us. But you should not be afraid of dogs when you book this, because 2 dogs (very sweet) of the owners regularly walk past our gite and even inside. Owner Franck says that we really have to bonjour them outside because they don't let them do that. Owner does not speak English. Might be useful to know. Veronique is very nice and had put a bottle of rosé in the fridge for us on arrival. We thoroughly enjoy it and is definitely recommended.
Very nice and well located cottage with an incredible view of the nature around the house. Very neat house with more than enough equipment to prepare everything you want. TV, video, internet, .. everything works fine. Very neat pool, perfectly maintained with a working alarm. Pleasant hosts who made every effort to welcome guests. Lovely, quietly located charming house with a spacious garden with several seating areas, wide views and a beautiful private swimming pool. Ideal for those who love peace and quiet. Enough floor space, the beds are comfortable and there are ample amenities such as an oven, dishwasher and washing machine. And we received a nice reception, with cake and a bottle of rosé. A few minor hiccups: we frequently bumped our heads through the low roof and low doorways and a number of outdoor chairs need to be replaced. Certainly not deal breakers, but useful to know beforehand.

What we enjoyed this stay! Wonderfully quiet, beautiful gite and a beautiful pool. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything. The area is fantastic. Within a radius of 10 km there are nice villages with markets. (Monflaquin, Villereal) Also a little further away the French towns and villages are beautiful such as Montpezat, Bergerac and Belves) Richard and Nanne are friendly people who occasionally ask if everything is okay. Great privacy. In short, highly recommended this stay. We could not mention anything negative.
