You can hop on to the ski bus that stops at 1 km or reach the ski lift at 5 km. The town center and supermarkets are at 5 km. For a pleasant day out, you can visit the lake at 20 km. 2 pets can stay at 4/Pet/Night.
The large kitchen with an oven is perfect to prepare healthy breakfasts and savor them together. In leisure hours, you can play a game of table football. Before going to bed, you can lounge on the sofa bed and watch favorite movies on TV. Parking is available.

The apartment is ideally located to explore Osttirol. The owner is friendly and helpful. You can relax on the terrace after a day trip or a brisk walk. In the bathroom, a square shower would be more spacious than this rounded shower. Too bad that a shelf above the sink is missing. There is a microwave in the kitchen, but no glass jars to place in it. The cooker is ready to use, but has seen better days. There is a spacious fridge with 2 parts freezer. A vacuum cleaner would be an added value, especially if you stay there for 3 weeks. A blackout curtain in the bedroom is necessary, as a street lamp is on. Despite these minor shortcomings, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this apartment.
The apartment is clean and quite fully furnished. It is very quiet in a small valley where the sun always seems to shine.
The apartment was very centrally located. There were countless possibilities for excursions on all sides. The landlords were very friendly and courteous. The apartment was ideal, nothing was missing. Also from the balcony, a great view of the mountains gladly again, also our dog, was very welcome.

The arrival was nice, because I was very tired of the car ride there and I got the key of the apartment without having to submit the booking papers. I could immediately bring my things in and shower afterwards. The landlord Manfred is a pleasant man to have contact with. If there are problems, he will resolve it as soon as possible. Although I did not use it, there is a space where you can put your skis and ski boots in. The boots can be hung on a rack that blows fresh air into the shoes.The apartment is big enough for 2 people only found I regret that the toilet does not have its own space, but is placed in the bathroom.Furthermore, the beds were good enough and it was always nice and warm in the apartment without me sitting on the stoves.Everything was good clean everywhere, there were some dust flakes here and there.Haus Angerer is 5 minutes away by car outside the center of Matrei, but if you are by car, that should not be a problem.I liked it that it was detached and quiet. The area was very nice and also in the immediate vicinity of the house, because it is detached and relatively close to the bosrand.Especially the view in the ski resort of Kals I found really beautiful, but also from the ski Matrei j the whole beautiful views and views. Very nice, wooded area. And very good food in Gasthof Sonne and Gasthof Steiner (very close).
Upon arrival welcome by the owner with a bottle of rose and a sweet snack ready! A nice accommodation for 2 people. Complete facilities in the kitchen from (small) balcony beautiful views as well as from the seating area.
