This 1-room holiday apartment near the beach is located in Boltenhagen in the north-west of Mecklenburg, between the Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Lübeck in the beautiful Klützer Winkel. It is about 800 m to the long sandy beach. The 1-room apartment is located in a separate house (ground floor), which is located on the spacious private and well-maintained property. The holiday room has a size of approx. 18 m² and is designed for up to 2 people and with laminate flooring. The combined living and bedroom has a double bed, sitting area, TV and radio. The kitchen area with fridge (including freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle is also in the living and sleeping area. There is also a shower room on the property. The terrace invites you to relax and is right next to the house. There is seating here and there is also the opportunity to grill. In the garden of the property there is another sunny seating area.

We hoped for more very dirty bungalow shower very dirty black edges in the shower spiders in the whole bungalow from the bed the mattress a large urine stain very, very unclean would never go there again are of course already left on August 3rd, 2021 the chairs downstairs were a whole load Dirt underneath all in all, the vacation was a pure disaster for us and then asking so much money never again would we normally have to get money back
The room is a bit old-fashioned, but functionally furnished. The bathroom is fine, the kitchen is fairly well-stocked. Overall it is quite small, but totally OK. Small terrace in front of the door, which is directly adjacent to the apartment next door. Network reception is poor, actually not at all, only in the parking lot. Internet in the house needs to be improved, it is not even sufficient for emails or WhatsApp. Very friendly and helpful hosts, large parking lot. There is no fenced area for a dog.
The holiday home was perfect for our family gathering, Plenty of room for everyone and a fantastic kitchen to cook in, The barbecue was a great addition, too!
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Monet 103! Die Wohnung war geräumig und komfortabel, perfekt für unsere Familie, Die Nähe zum Baldus Beach machte es uns leicht, lange Strandtage zu genießen, Sehr zu empfehlen!
Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Het appartement was ruim en voorzien van een fijne keuken. We hebben genoten van het samen koken en daarna ontspannen in de woonkamer. Het voelde heel huiselijk. De nabijheid van de skipistes was de kers op de taart.
