This wonderful, bright and very cozy apartment is located right in the heart of Lucca and offers breathtaking views over the city. From every room you can admire charming vistas of Lucca’s rooftops, its historic tower, such as the famous Torre Guinigi, and the beautiful façade of the Church of San Frediano.
The location is truly enviable: just steps away from excellent restaurants and cafés, Via Fillungo (the city’s main shopping street), Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, and the magnificent Renaissance city walls.
The apartment is located on the second floor, with internal stairs leading up to the third floor. It features a very bright and spacious living room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a 5-burner stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster and filter coffee machine. The living area also includes a corner with one double sofa bed, one single sofa bed and a TV.
There are two bathrooms: one with shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and washing machine, and a second bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. The apartment also offers a comfortable double bedroom with large windows and a spacious wardrobe.

Only a short walk from the apartment are Lucca’s beautiful tree-lined city walls. These offer a unique and privileged viewpoint over the city: from their 12-meter height, guests can admire unforgettable views of the main monuments, bell towers, Palazzo Pfanner and its garden, Torre Guinigi with its holm oaks on top, and the Botanical Gardens.
The walls are also the spectacular setting for two important events: Murabilia in September and Verdemura in April, both renowned gardening exhibitions featuring flowers and plants of every kind.
