Above Aschau, in the district of Tiefenbach 2.5 km from the centre of Aschau, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 4 km from the lake, 200 m from the skiing area. For shared use: natural state property. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 2.9 km, railway station "Aschau i.Z.
