Description
This charming, semi-detached villa with features from the 1920s is located 200 m above sea level and therefore offers a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea. In clear weather you can see Corsica! The house with roof terrace and heated pool has a great location and is ideal for holidays with family and friends.
The residence on the French Riviera - Côte d'Azur is close to the Nietzsche trail where you can take lovely walks. The medieval town of Èze-sur-Mer, with its picturesque narrow alleys and special location on top of the mountain, is about 250 m away. From the house you walk directly, via the Chemin de Michel path, to the Plateau de la Justice with spectacular views of St. Jean Cap Ferrat, Nice, Antibes and Saint Tropez.
The pool is adjustable and therefore ideal for families with children. Enjoy the Mediterranean climate on the sunbeds around it or have a cosy barbecue on the spacious roof terrace with dining table and sea view.
The pool heats up to about 4 degrees, so the water temperature can still be chilly on cold days.

We hadden een geweldige verblijf! De locatie was perfect om Èze en de omliggende gebieden te verkennen, Het huis was ruim en goed uitgerust, Het enige nadeel was dat het zwembad op sommige dagen een beetje koud was, maar we hebben er nog steeds van genoten
Deze villa was ongelooflijk sereen, met veel ruimte voor iedereen en een ontspannende pool, Het uitzicht was pittoresk, Het diende als een perfect startpunt voor trips naar het strand, Monaco, Nice en het dorp Eze, Er was niets om niet leuk te vinden, Absoluut geweldig! ❤️
Locatie, schoon beddengoed (kussens, dekbedden en matrassen), zwembad, garage en een schitterend uitzicht!

Joli endroit mais il pourrait avoir un peu plus de matériel de cuisine, comme peut-être des ustensiles supplémentaires, Les chambres étaient confortables cependant, et l'emplacement était juste parfait pour des excursions d'une journée à Nice et Monaco
L'appartement était très agréable avec ses deux salles de bain et sa chambre séparée, La vue depuis le salon et la terrasse était magnifique, Le garage était un vrai plus, car se garer ailleurs aurait été difficile, La proximité de la gare facilitait les déplacements vers Monaco
