It comprises a living room (double sofa bed, dining table, TV), a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. There is a balcony with garden furniture and deckchairs. Central heating is provided. Wireless internet is available.

The resort complex offers secure parking (one space included in the price) and an attractive playground.

The owner of the apartments also owns a second holiday resort in Dziwnów (700 meters away) and makes its facilities available to guests. Guests can rent bicycles, order delicious breakfasts and lunches, and participate in an attractive entertainment program for children and adults during the summer holidays. Included in the price: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, parking (1 space), internet, and final cleaning. A cot and highchair are available upon request.

Dziwnów has a clean, sandy, and guarded beach, separated from the town by a ridge of dunes. In summer, children can enjoy the water slide and inflatable bouncy castles. A fantastic attraction is the promenade and the drawbridge over the Dziwna River. At the local port, you can buy fish straight from the cutter. There are also vendors offering smoked fish and other fish products. Regular summer cruises depart from the marina on the Baltic Sea, the Szczecin Lagoon, and to Kamień Pomorski.
