A luxurious apartment on the first floor of a cozy building. It consists of a spacious living room (TV, large table, double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. A washing machine is included. There is also a balcony. Central and underfloor heating. Wireless internet is available.
The well-maintained and fenced grounds of the resort offer a wide range of amenities ensuring an exceptionally enjoyable stay. There is an on-site restaurant serving excellent breakfasts, a café, and a drink bar. Guests have free access to the spa area (year-round sauna with a cooling barrel and a garden jacuzzi available between May 1st and September 15th). For children, there is a playground and a playroom. Secure parking is available. Included in the price: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, year-round communal sauna, garden jacuzzi (May 1st – September 15th), heating, and final cleaning. The holiday resort is situated in a true oasis of peace and quiet, surrounded by dense forests and right next to a beautiful lake. Although it falls under the Stężyca holiday village, it is closer to the neighboring village of Zgorzałe, which boasts a sandy beach. More attractions, including a guarded swimming area with a large beach, water sports equipment rentals, a promenade, and numerous restaurants, are available in the center of Stężyca (approximately 2 km from the resort).
