The Stubai Apartments are within walking distance of the next ski lift and the center of Neustift.
The compact apartment is equipped with a large and comfortable living, cooking, dining and sleeping area in a traditional-modern Tyrolean style. In addition to the comfortable king-size bed, the apartment has a a sofa bed for two, a balcony with table and chairs to sit outside, satellite TV, WiFi and a practical ski room with ski boot heater in the basement of the house.

We rented an apartment with a balcony. On arrival the balcony turned out to be on the ground floor! It was only a small piece of terrace with access to our own door and to the road!. No view to the beautiful Stubaital. Furthermore, it was very noisy. Every noise from the neighbors or a neighbor's toilet (next to and above) was heard. Furthermore, there was only 1 pan, broken kitchen cabinets. No one to receive you. And 3 whole days of DRILLING in concrete. This apartment is unworthy of Belvilla.
The location is beautiful, but we were on the ground floor and our apartment was next to the main entrance. Lots of noise and no privacy. Bath linen is only provided once (2 towels). The room and shower are fine. Many hiking opportunities and beautiful nature.
De inrichting was charmant en gastvrij. We vonden vooral de aandacht voor detail in het meubilair erg prettig. De nabijgelegen wandelpaden waren een bonus voor ons, omdat we graag de natuur verkennen.
