Description
This spacious and lovingly furnished holiday apartment offers 100 m² of living space and comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 guests. It features three bedrooms, three showers, three toilets, and a cozy open-plan kitchen and living area. With its ground-floor layout and private entrance, it offers maximum independence and convenience.
One of the bedrooms includes a double bed, a laptop-sized safe, and direct access to a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. A second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a sofa bed, a washbasin, and another safe. The third, newly furnished bedroom offers a sofa bed (200x80 cm) and a pull-out bed (2x 80x200 cm). Two additional separate showers and two more toilets with hairdryers are also available – ideal for families or groups who value comfort and privacy.
The fully equipped open kitchen includes a dishwasher, an oven with stove, a large fridge-freezer combination, a coffee machine, and SAT-TV. Bed linen and towels are, of course, provided.
For relaxing moments, you’ll find a private lawn area of approx. 40 m² and an 18 m² enclosed (cold) winter garden – perfect for reading, enjoying meals, or simply taking in the stunning mountain views. A maximum of 3 parking spaces are available.
The location is ideal: situated between the Spieljochbahn valley station and the center of Fügen, the apartment offers a peaceful yet central base. The ski bus stop is just a few steps away, providing quick access to the nearby ski areas of Hochfügen-Hochzillertal and Spieljoch. The local ski school with equipment rental is also within walking distance. The Fügen thermal spa with its adventure pool and the nearby outdoor pool offer fun and relaxation for the whole family. Golfers will appreciate the proximity to the newly built golf course in Uderns, just a few minutes away.
