The apartment is located just 750 meters from the nearest beach Banje, with many more of them in surrounding area and beautiful island Lokrum just a 15 minutes boat ride away. There is an open-air green market and other shops within walking distance, as well as a bakery, banks and ATM's, cafes, bars and restaurants with local and other cuisine. Famous night club Revelin, located inside the old fort, is just 300 meters away.
There is no need for public transit while you're staying here, but if you want to see other parts of the town, for example peaceful Lapad Bay, You can be there in a 10 minute drive. Taxi and bus station are 4 minute walk from the property.
Dubrovnik's Main Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 3.6 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away.

Our host met us at the Pile Gate and helped with luggage to our apartment, Unlike many, it is on the level streets, near fabulous restaurants, Dubrovnik is a fairy tale, The apartment was warm and cosy for our Winter week's stay, with stairs to the first level, a double bedroom, then stairs to the second level which had a single bedroom and all the amenities, The hosts were friendly and helpful, Highly recommended for younger people, Stairs not suitable for oldies,
I booked my apartment for the first time in Croatia, When we visited the old town of Dubrovnik, I was worried whether I could meet with the owner smoothly, But the owner was waiting at an easy place in the old town, After receiving explanation, I received the key and I was able to spend freely in the apartment, There was dishes and cups in the room without inconvenience, We celebrated New Year's pleasure with wine poured into cups of the room, Check-out is simple by just placing a key in the post, More than anything, the owner's smile was nice!!
The host (Ikana) was on hand to meet us when we arrived from the airport, The apartment was absolutely spotless, The apartment is like home away from home, a fully working kitchen with all the necessary kitchenalia, At the half way point the apartment was serviced/cleaned,(sheets and towels changed etc), An excellent base to explore the old town,
host is very kind, the room was comportable, location is very very goooood!!
