The flat has 1 parking space and a storage room where you can store your skis or bicycles in winter. From the central entrance of the apartment complex you can reach the wellness area (only accessible to owners and guests of the apartment complex) with a heated swimming pool (free of charge), a sauna (for a small fee 2€ for 30 minutes), showers and changing rooms.
