The master bedroom is furnished with a built in closet and has an ensuite bathroom with a very spacious shower with a seat, seat and handles for the toilet, as well as a sink that is wheelchair accessible. The house is handicap accessible. Three of the four bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each; the master bedroom is furnished with 2 x 90 x 200 cm mattresses. The property to the manor house offers ocean views and has a garden and a separate entrance and is very private as it is fully protected from view. The 35m² patio is furnished with a table and six chairs, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue.
