One of two modern holiday apartments, each with a private balcony, in a newly built (2015) house The holiday apartments are located only a 5 minute walk to the seashores. There is a walking promenade (lungomare) wich is connecting all the beaches. The living room has access to the sea-facing balcony. Private parking is at ground level. There are only 3 stairs to the entrance. The neighboring houses are not very close. There is plenty of greenery. This apartment is the larger of the two. It is on the side facing the sea. The two holiday apartments are both on the second floor, the rest of the house is used privately. This one has a living room that is equipped with a sofa (bed for 2 persons), a kitchen, two bedrooms (with a double bed each), one bathroom with a toilet and shower, a second bathroom with a toilet and bath tub, and a separate guest toilet.
