Apartment Paco - Three-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Sea View

The location and view were absolutely wonderful. The room was also clean, stylish, and beautifully decorated. Above all, the support we received throughout our stay was exceptional. Everything was explained clearly, and the staff were always kind, helpful, and responsive. Their warm and thoughtful hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely love to stay here again.

I appreciated little things like the coffee machine and nice bathroom setup. The entire space felt comfortable without breaking my budget.

Relaxing holiday with outstanding sea views. The location was perfect. About 20 minutes on foot to Pile Gate, about 10 minutes to the nearest pebble beach (Bellevue) and about 2 minutes to the nearest swimming area (with stairs). The huge balcony with a truly fantastic view. Perfect for breakfast or dinner or just to look into the distance and enjoy the peace and quiet. The nearest supermarket (mini market) is also about 7 minutes away. There is also a calisthenic park nearby for training (10 minutes). \r\n\r\nThe communication with Maja was also excellent. She was able to answer our questions in just a few minutes and accommodated our wishes.

Nice clean and convenient place to stay in DubrovnikVery clean and just as advertised, The view from balcony is lovely, At first it seemed far from the old town but we got used to the walk and it’s very pretty, It’s nice and quiet, Owner was very responsive and helpful while we were there,

Apartment ideally located, close to the old town, very comfortable, perfectly equipped, very quiet, shops 5 min walk away, The + of this apartment is the terrace with a superb view of the sea, there are also deckchairs and a table to eat on the terrace, The host is very attentive and available very quickly,

Lovely balconyThe apartment has an amazing view from the balcony! The beach is very close and it&#39,s convenient to reach the city centre by bus, There&#39,s free parking at the end of the street which is rather small but we would always find a spot,\n\nIt was very convenient to have a separate toilet in addition to the one in the main bathroom, The kitchen is fully equipped with salt, pepper, coffee, etc, Two air-conditioners were enough to cool down all the rooms, It was a very comfortable stay!

Great view and a very responsive host,A lovely view of the sea from the balcony and living room, Not far from a bus stop and also around the corner from a well known hotel which makes it easy to catch a taxi if needed, A decent grocery store and bakery were nearby so we could buy groceries for a light breakfast and evening snacks,

Apartment with sea viewBeautiful antique style interior and beautiful paintings, Beautiful view from the balcony, The apartment is very close to 2 beaches on foot, Nice fluffy white towels, It has everything you need, including washing machine and air-conditioning, However the flaps of air-conditioning are broken on both air-cons, so it obstructs the air flow and prevents the room gets cool, Only very little coffee left in the container for 4 adults, We bought our own coffee, Overall, we have enjoyed our stay, Thank you Maja :)

Very cute house for family with two rooms that are very antique style, The view from the apartment is faboulous, The beach is so nesr just 2 minutes from apartment, I really recommend this apartment,

The apartment is very nice and quiet and the view is beautiful, The owners were really sweet, There is no elevator but the older sister came down to wait for us on the street and helped bringing up my luggage, The evening before we left, the younger sister came to give us some delicious cakes and a present, My flight arrived early and they let us checked in early, The location is perfect, about 15 minutes walk to the Old City and to the Harbor, Basically, the apartment is located between the Old city and the Harbor, It is nice to have a washer,

The appartement was very stylish, extremely neat, close to old town! We had several contact before , the owner gave us welcome gift and helper us with parking!!! Nice rooms, perfect shower and nice view on the beach from THE balcony! Just perfect!!

I have nothing bad to say about the villa, Antonija and her sister were both fabulous and we all had a wonderful stay at Apartment Paco, I couldn't recommend this apartment more highly! The internet works great, the fridge is large, all the beds and bedrooms are very comfortable, and the views are unbeatable from the large balcony,

Todo fue perfecto, Las personas que llevan el apartamento son encantadoras y muy atentas, Las vistas son fantásticas, Apartamento limpísimo y súper agradable, Tres habitaciones muy espaciosas y dos baños, hay una sola ducha pero es más que suficiente, Hay una playa muy cerca aunque hay que bajar y subir bastantes escaleras, merece la pena, La ciudad vieja está a 15/20 minutos andando por un paseo muy agradable, Repetiríamos sin dudar

Very nice appartement close to the old center (15 minutes walk only) and close to an hotel with a beach and swimming pool, Well decorated and you really feel at home, not in a rental, The access is not so easy, but once you are there, very nice place to stay and to live!

The view was wonderful, The host was welcoming and met us right away after we called, Parking was available, The rooms was spacious and clean, The whole apartment felt very welcoming, We didn't cook during our stay but the kitchen had lots of things, We did make coffee every morning and enjoyed sitting on the deck with the view,

The view from the balcony is first class, comfy accommodation and great facilities, Good WIFI connection, The people looking after the apartment only live next door and were very helpful on the two occasions we had to ask for assistance and we received a really lovely 'bunch' of chocolates on our departure, Plenty of hot water as there was 5 of us staying at the apartment and in some places we have stayed before the water runs cold before the last person has a shower, but not here, There are shutters on all the windows, so this allows you to block sunlight if you want a lie in!! From the balcony you can see part of the old city walls and you will see all the passing tourist boats on their daily trips to Lokrum island, You can also see the cable cars on their way up to the top alongside Fort Imperial on Srd, You can also use the facilities of the Hotel Rixos Libertas including the pools and spa but this is at a cost of HRK 100 (about £10) per day, If you want to get a taxi anywhere just go into the hotel reception and they will order one, It is only about 20 minute walk into the old town and about 35 minutes into Lapad in the opposite direction,
