Description

Cosy apartment close to the ski area

This holiday home impresses with its wooden furnishings and great location. The interior in typical Tyrolean style makes you feel immediately welcome. Both bedrooms have a washbasin and satellite TV. The living room with open kitchen houses a nice dining table where you can dine together. And have you seen the view from the balcony yet?
The ski bus stops almost in front of the door and takes you to the nearby Diasbahn in Kappl or to the lifts in the well-known ski resorts of Ischgl, Galtür and See. You can also walk directly to the slopes of the Diasbahn, which is about 200 m from the house

Very nice owners! We didn't want for anything. Thank you for a great week with you.

Nele Krämer

Very nice host. We received a friendly and warm welcome. Quiet house, you are undisturbed. Helped out immediately with any questions. Very clean flat, tidy, everything you need available.

Anne-Marie Stemkens

Very good, car is dry, very pleasant owner and convenient location! In bedrooms own washbasin.

Bas Visser

Top flat with the right facilities for our family

Hillebrand

Nice and clean flat with a great view over Kappl and nice landlords! Always happy to come back! Good price-performance ratio!

Maarten Alexander

Fine flat. Not for big people because low ceilings but otherwise totally OK. All you 'need' is there. The beautiful view is lovely. Quiet street, hardly any traffic

Liviu Stoica

First the good: The flat was very clean and the area and view were unique. The landlord was super nice, friendly and helpful. We were allowed to use two parking spaces for our big van. However, the flat is relatively small, probably because of the slope and the ceiling is very low, we hurt our heads several times - especially in the bathroom and kitchen (I am 1.80 m tall). There were also no Silvretta maps included in the price, but that was our fault for not enquiring about this.

Marieke Kok

A neatly kept holiday home, clean and tidy. All you need is there, the furnishings are practical and the views are breathtaking. The owner is friendly. Everything was to your liking!

Anja Kilp

Everything very clean, friendly landlord and great view. However, the description that you can ski down to the house in good snow conditions is no longer true.

Anne-Marie Stemkens

Super cottage nice location, friendly homeowners.

Anatol Bivol

Cornelia Steck
