This beautiful furnished apartment, with many details, is located in a small idyllic village, and is part of a family home. The property, including the family house and the apartment, is partially fenced (80%) and extends over 2000m2. The swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and BBQ are shared with another apartment on the property.
Distance from the sea 35km, 11km from the town of Pazin. The balcony offers a great view of the village and the surrounding area.
Ideal for 4-6 people. It is equipped with: air conditioning, central heating, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, washing machine, TV \/ DVD, satellite and a safe. The balcony has access to the pool and summer kitchen which has gas grill and a charcoal grill. There are sunbeds for 12 people. We also have a playground for children. There are 3 parking spaces. We also allow the picking of vegetables from the organic garden.

This place is the real deal. I went there in autumn and the view was even better than on the photos. The organic vegetable garden was amazing and they even had 3 bikes we could borrow. It"s actually not where the map says it is, but in a tiny village north of it. Is say that"s even better: the place is quiet and gorgeous. The owner was very hospitable too: she really helped us out.
A very pleasant stay in an idyllic location on the edge of a very small village with a beautiful view over a valley and vineyards. Very good swimming pool and complete facilities, such as bbq and other comfort.
The arrival was very friendly, we were too early at the house and therefore first went to the nearby Pazin to eat and do some shopping, but we immediately received the remote control of the gate. The owners lived above us but we had complete privacy! The pool we shared with 1 other family was beautiful! Nice clean, with shower and perfect temperature. There was an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, fridge and sink, a fixed roof and a vegetable garden where we could use everything from, the owner regularly brought a jug of his home-made wine. There is nothing to do nearby! You have to take that into account, but that is why it is wonderfully quiet with beautiful starry skies. It is also very centrally located, making it easy to make day trips to all sides of istrie. The house and the garden / pool was very clean and well maintained, after 1 week the owner came with fresh linen and towels. The washing machine was also very handy, we took everything clean home and put it back in the cupboard :) the owners speak poor English and German but with Google Translate you will go a long way! The dear owner also invited us to a delicious home-made meal, really great people !!! We had a great holiday!
