Apartments Villa Ari are ideally situated as it is just outside The City Walls and stone's throw away from everything Dubrovnik has to offer, whether one is interested in historic Old City and its many sights or basking in the Mediterranean sun and swimming in the crystal clear Adriatic sea.
Parking is available on site, reservation required, daily parking fee is 20€.
Luggage storage before check in and after check out are available, so that you can explore the area a bit more before departure.
This studio apartment features free WiFi, air-conditioning and flat-screen SAT TV, as well as kitchen fitted with refrigerator, oven, toaster and coffee machine. It will also provide guests with furnished terrace with sunbed, so the guests can enjoy the sea view. Private bathroom comes with shower.
Apartments Villa Ari is located only 15 minutes a walk from the Old Town of Dubrovnik where you can find an open-air green market and other shops as well as a bakery, banks and ATM's, cafes, bars and restaurants with local and other cuisine. The UNESCO-protected center is known for its architecture and guests can explore its numerous sights, such as the City Walls, St. Blaise's Church and Stradun Promenade. The famous Banje beach is only 5 minutes walk away with many more of them in surrounding area.
Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 20 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away.

Villa Ari overtrof onze verwachtingen! Het was schoon, modern en perfect gelegen, We vonden het geweldig dat we naar de Oude Stad konden lopen en de lokale markt konden bezoeken, Het terras was perfect voor late-night gesprekken onder de sterren, Zou het aanbevelen aan vrienden en familie!
Super endroit pour explorer Dubrovnik, L'appartement était propre et avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour un séjour confortable, J'ai adoré les options de restauration à proximité et les attractions locales
Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt! Das Apartment war schön dekoriert und sehr sauber, Es hatte eine gute Aufteilung für unsere Bedürfnisse, Der einzige Nachteil war die Parkplatzsituation, die eine Reservierung erforderte, aber es war machbar, Großartiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut gepflegt, Wir schätzten es, genug Platz für unsere Familie zu haben, um sich nach langen Tagen des Erkundens auszubreiten, Der nahegelegene Strand war ein nettes Plus und wir genossen mehrere Mahlzeiten in lokalen Restaurants, die zu Fuß erreichbar waren
Wir hatten ein wunderbares Erlebnis in Apartments Villa Ari! Die Lage war ideal für uns, nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Banje-Strand und zur Altstadt, Das Apartment war sehr komfortabel und die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause!
