In the immediate area you can go hiking or mountain biking. In winter, the free ski bus stops practically in front of the door and you can ski back to the house. The Schladming - Planai/Hochwurzen/Hauser Kaibling ski area (4-mountain ski area) offers 123 kilometers of slopes and over 80 ski lifts in the Dachstein-Tauern region.
In summer, the Pichl swimming lake or the Reiteralmsee in Schladming offer lots of swimming fun! In short: an ideal starting point for your summer and winter vacation!
