This holiday flat is located on the top floor (second floor) of a multi-party house with six residential units in the amber spa town of Kölpinsee on the island of Usedom. Kölpinsee belongs to the municipality of Loddin and is located between the Baltic Sea beach and the Achterwasser. The house was built in 2015. The cosy balcony with balcony furniture faces south. Here you can relax and unwind. You can also enjoy a glass of wine here in the evening. A private outdoor car parking space is also available free of charge. Usedom offers a wide range of leisure activities and sights such as the Mellentin moated castle, Peenemünde or the butterfly farm in Trassenheide and the thermal baths in Ahlbeck.
