Here too there is a wonderful sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with an electric hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, ice cube maker, etc. Outside there is a 30 m², partially covered terrace with a large dining area. Directly adjacent is a second 110 m² terrace with a 16 m² covered lounge area. From both terraces there is a fantastic view over the sea. A large, brick barbecue is available for cosy barbecue evenings.
