At the reception we were received by a Dutch speaking lady who was very helpful. The apartment was neat and almost completely matched the description. Unfortunately, the washing machine (one of the criteria when booking) turned out not to be in the apartment itself, but to be shared with the other apartments in the building. Use had to be paid separately. During our stay there was no hot water in the afternoon. The landlord responded with "Was sol Ich den machen?" After two hours of not hearing anything, the landlord called again, no answer. The other mobile number of the information board was also not recorded. We have sent an email to the email address in the information folder, with a resume to Belvilla. Haven't heard anything from either of them yet. Fortunately, after 4 hours the problem was solved. We had a great stay, but in case of problems no one is available.

It was a great vacation . The apartment is very nice and luxurious. The fir was also open on Sundays in the off season. Easy for some sandwiches or something small to get. The environment is great you can go many ways. Especially if you like walking. Friendly people and fine restaurants where you can eat from steak to pizza.
Gerlos is a great winter sports resort with beautiful pistes and plenty of fun and dining. Beautiful hiking trails, so something for everyone. and if you also stay in this apartment then this makes for a very successful holiday. The apartment was very clean and of this time and fully equipped. Cozy spacious well furnished living room with open kitchen so attractive. Good beds, spacious bathroom and also the sauna is after a day on the slopes a very nice extra. And very nice that pets are not allowed in the apartment. We arrived later than planned due to the long traffic jams, this just neatly passed, which was no problem for pick up the key. At arrival there was a reception package ready for us, very attentive The location was perfect, right in the bustling center, opposite the ski lift with the use of a heated safe for the ski equipment, next to the supermarket where hot rolls can be taken every day. within walking distance the restaurants and the apré ski happen. We really had a TOP holiday
