A beautiful apartment, fully equipped. Big enough for a couple with 1 or 2 children. The reception is smooth and cordial. You have your own parking space under the apartment. You can use the swimming pool, tennis court and jeu de boules. Because of the beautiful location you are quickly on the beach or in the old center of Nice. And with the, almost always, beautiful weather, this is a super nice spot!

As a young couple we had a great stay in this apartment in Nice. We received a very friendly welcome from the owners, who went out of their way to communicate with us in English. The apartment was immaculate and equipped with every comfort. You have two terraces, one of which offers a beautiful view of the sea. Also from the kitchen you have a large window with sea view. You can use a parking space at the apartment and the communal swimming pool. There is also a brasserie on the domain, where you can eat very good value for money and where they are also very friendly. The boulevard, bakery, restaurants, supermarkets ... are within walking distance. In short, we had a great stay that we definitely recommend!
