Superb chalet located on level -1 of the Puy du Rocher residence in the Rocher du Cerf district of Le Lioran. At the foot of the Rocher du Cerf ski slope, you'll be just a few minutes away by ski in winter and on foot in summer from the resort center.
This superb, fully equipped chalet has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 people.
The 84 m² chalet is comfortable and very bright, with views of the mountains and the ski slope. On the first level, there is a large living room with a TV and a very welcoming dining area opening onto a fully equipped American-style kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, traditional filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, raclette grill, etc.). A separate toilet and a pantry/storage room are also located on this level.
On the second level, you will find a first bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm), a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and access from inside to a balcony, a laundry room with a washing machine and ski boot dryer, which offers direct access from below to the outside, and finally a third bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and an en-suite shower room with a shower and double vanity.
You can enjoy a lovely south-facing terrace with garden furniture.

In snowy weather, equipment is necessary to access the Rocher du Cerf (Deer Rock).
