The rental property is located 200 meters from hiking trails leading towards the forests and ridges of the Plomb du Cantal massif, 200 meters from the Rocher du Cerf trail where you can take the "Remberter chairlift" for downhill mountain biking, and 500 meters from the Plomb du Cantal cable car which will take you to the summit.
A large 50 m² terrace equipped with a table and benches, as well as a small charcoal barbecue, allows you to enjoy the outdoors. The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a bunk bed with two single beds (90x190cm), as well as two further bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm) and a mezzanine level with two single beds (90x190cm).
A large, tastefully decorated living room in a mountain style provides a welcoming space to gather around a large table by the pellet stove.
The open-plan American-style kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, dishes/cutlery, cooking utensils, a traditional filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle, fondue and raclette sets, etc. This apartment has two bathrooms. There is only one separate toilet.
Bed linen is not included but can be rented upon request. You may also bring your own linen, taking into account the bed sizes. A washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room.
This is a non-smoking apartment. You can park your cars in front of the building along the road. Parking is limited to one main vehicle during school holidays. Free public parking is available further down for other vehicles. There is no internet connection. Pets are not allowed.
