This 45m² ground-floor apartment is located in a private seaside residence in Pornic. It is situated within the "HORIZON ATLANTIQUE" residence, with secure outdoor parking, direct access to the coastal path leading to Fontaine aux Bretons Beach, and a heated swimming pool open from April 15th to October 15th. Nearby is the ECO DOMAINE DE LA FONTAINE AU BRETON, which offers restaurants, bicycle rentals, a grocery store, and a spa. It has a double bedroom (140cm bed) and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 3 people.
