Recently completely renovated chalet for 9 people, ideally located between Somme-Leuze and Durbuy. Outside jacuzzi and fully enclosed garden. The chalet “Arbre Dressé” is ideally located between Somme-Leuze (1km) and Durbuy (5km). This recently completely renovated chalet has on the ground floor a lounge (wood stove, flat screen TV, DVD) with dining area and equipped open kitchen (electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer, coffee maker, toaster), a single bedroom with Wii game console, a bedroom with two single box-spring beds, a separate shower with sink and a separate toilet, a spacious covered terrace (not heated) with lounge seating area and jacuzzi for 3 persons. From the covered terrace there is access to an outdoor terrace in natural stone. The first floor has one spacious, but low attic room with a double bed and a play corner for the children. On the ground floor there is a second separate toilet and two spacious bedrooms, each with a sink and a walk-in rain shower. Fully enclosed garden. Beds: 1 x 2 pers. + 7 x 1 pers. Gas - + electric heating. PETS ALLOWED. Free Wifi.For reasons of tranquillity, this house will not be rented to groups of young people. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in this house is prohibited. The installation of loudspeakers, the use of megaphones and the playing of amplified music is strictly prohibited in this accommodation.

Cozy house with nice outdoor space. It was very dirty, especially the jacuzzi
Ideal house to stay with friends, the jacuzzi is an absolute added value. Everything you need is there. Had a very nice and pleasant weekend.
Great house. Enough space for everyone. House does need some paint here and there, especially on the outside. Jacuzzi worked fine. Unfortunately, after a few days of use, it started to smell and stain. Probably filter not clean etc.
House was perfectly fine. Ideal for a group
House was as described. It was clean and lacked nothing. And otherwise just drive to Delhaize!
Lots of odor nuisance, sewage and mold. Unfortunately not recommended....
