The holiday home together with two other restored houses forms a small neighborhood. The three restored holiday homes form a small neighborhood in a 10,000 m² garden. They offer a unique view of the garden, the peaks of Mount Parnon and the nearby village of Amygdalia. Now, after a recent restoration, the houses keep the main morphological features of the stone walls, the chimney, the typical local Arcadian style. The house is situated between the beaches and the mountain villages of Leonidio. The nearby beaches of Fokianos and Poulithra are 15 to 20 minutes drive (12 km). Mont Parnon and the town of Leonidio are 18 km away. A quiet landscape, on a plateau at 650m altitude. The temperature is therefore 4 - 6 degrees lower than in the city or the coast. It's a cool and dry atmosphere, pleasant for summer nights. The area is very popular for diving, hiking and rock climbing. This house is ideal for a relaxing holiday, a base for climbing, hiking and exploring the Peloponnese. It is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.

A great holiday with very pleasant hosts. But you have to like mountains; the holiday home is in the mountains, the village is called Amydalia... the larger district town is Leonidio. In this city you can buy everything you need. This area is excellent for hiking, but here in September it was sometimes over 30°C, so our hiking boots stayed in our suitcases. It's about a 25 minute drive to the beach; but it's worth it. You have a great bay, but a beach with stones. The water in September was still 26°C warm and super clear, great waves. There is e.g. B. Eiscaffe ("Frappe"" please try it), which is served to the lounger and tastes great (!). About the landlords: Very friendly hosts, and they often helped us. For example, when the rear tire of my rental car lost air; a Workshop needed.We have often been given fresh grapes, figs or tomatoes that grow there on the property.There is a lot to visit in this area, such as an old monastery on a rock face.

A good option for families! Plenty of room for everyone, and the nearby nature reserve was lovely for walks, The host provided us with bicycles, which was a nice touch,
Ruim en prachtig ingericht! Het interieur had een rustieke charme en was uitgerust met alles wat we nodig hadden. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van de Peloponnesos.
Het huis was schoon en zeer comfortabel. We hebben vooral genoten van het tuinmeubilair op het terras, perfect om buiten te eten terwijl je geniet van het uitzicht.
De locatie is fantastisch voor outdoor-entusiaster, We genoten van wandelen en probeerden zelfs wat rotsklimmen in de buurt, De frisse lucht en koelere temperaturen waren een fijne verandering van de stad
