Beautiful villa with private heated pool
Description
This holiday home is called the ‘Petit Nice’ because you will find peace, relaxation, nature and subtropical Mediterranean climate. There is a private garden and swimming pool for a refreshing swim. The home is ideal for families due to its unique location.
Do you like walking? There are 2 nice walking paths in the center of the village. You can also discover the typical French restaurants; Auberge St Hubert is quite famous. There are many markets in the neighborhood worth exploring.
There is a parking space for at least 3-cars. The air-conditioning in the bedroom will keep you cool throughout. There are 2 bicycles available, an (older) mountain bike and a folding bike. You can safely go by bike to the local bakery in the morning. There is a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals.
Dispose of the waste in the large green waste container at the bottom of the road.
For reasons of tranquility, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organize any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Fantastic house & beautiful surroundings! On arrival the washing machine was broken, but this was solved very quickly by the owner! We will definitely come back here!
Very nice and well-kept house with all the trimmings in a quiet area and 700 m walking distance from bakery / restaurants. In week 32 the pool water even had 32 degrees, outside it was also 40 degrees in the shade. Highly recommended for those who want to relax and a nice base to go hiking in the region (through the vineyards or "gorges") or to visit picturesque villages (Minerva, Carcosonne)
Beautiful house in a nice area. We enjoyed the pool, the wine from the neighbor, and the beautiful weather. We will be back!
The cottage is perfect for a family. Very beautiful environment. The pool is an absolute winner! Quiet area where the restaurant is within walking distance.
Beautiful location, definitely recommended, everything to your liking
Arrival went very smoothly, it is best to check in advance on eg google maps where the villa is located, I can believe that it is not that easy to find again. Accommodation was in perfect condition, quiet location and everything is provided for a nice holiday.The center of Roquebrun is within walking distance (+ - 1 km) with a number of restaurants, its "plage" and the Mediterranean garden with fantastic views. For very nice wine you only have to walk a good 200m (Cave de Roquebrun).
